Lighten up witch condemners.
Quoting: LTHN. It's ok. Let them have their say. I want this to be a place where people can talk freely. I'm secure enough in my beliefs that I can stand criticism. If my beliefs cant stand up to scrutiny, then what good are they? I hear you, I am all for free speech as well. I guess I find it tedious when some christians wear blinders and become condemning on others so easily. Throughout the thread, you laid out some of your beliefs and practices, from my perspective they sound noble and in tune with nature, and respectful of it. Myself, I am a Christian and a faithful believer in Christ, but I have no qualms with any belief that is not necessarily Christian based, but nonetheless is invoking positivity, a balance with the earth, and an understanding of the power of the mind and focus. I said something similar on my other thread. The pre thread lol. I don't get the us against them mentality that some people have. We're all on the same team here. We just go about it differently. I have a picture of Jesus on my altar and I call upon him all the time for guidance. I'm perfectly happy to fellowship, pray with you and read the Bible. In fact some of my best friends are Christians. (shocker huh) I may disagree with Christianity on some key points, but I respect the beliefs and views of others.I don’t get the divisional mentally either, and indeed we are all on the same team. Paths to a destination or ideal can lay themselves out in many various configurations, beliefs and methods, seeking and aiming for a common goal. The bible was written by men, and assembled by religious organizations and rulers, to not be agreeable on every part of it should be honestly expected, and your respect for others who believe in the tenets of Christianity shows the goodness of a wise mind, and a unifying spirit.
