Double edged sword.

Some people ask directly, but they've got work to do.
Others would never ask for various reasons. WiTChEs aRe DeViLs eg

Depends what we're talking about here, how far we're going.

Look at the current debacle occurring around the world re exploitation and fuckery for example.

A person may not be able to be in tune with their higher self, so some random telling them 'I spoke with your higher self and he said you should have this candy' can't be proven.

Some people would never ask, certainly. Let them not ask. You can always offer help if they see someone else in need though.
Which is essentially just being a good, considerate person and caring about others.

Interesting turn to reach that point. I agree there is much exploitation and fuckery in the world, especially today.
There's a distinct lack of people offering help, everyone has an agenda and seems to only engage or speak out to influence and gain support for themselves for profit or for pride.
Which has over the years caused a bigger problem, trust.
I don't really trust anyone due to many, many years of manipulative behaviour by family, friends, employers and governments.

You say that to some, they'd want an exorcism... or back away slowly with darting eyes.

But like I said before, depends on what level we're talking about. I ask the old lady struggling with putting the cans in the trolley, not just yank them out of her hands. Perhaps with a nod from her consciously disconnected self she walks a little easier or with a lighter heart for a time and barely notices it *shrug*

Aye it's a sad state of affairs that one. Trust, especially once broken, is a hard thing to get back... but then, sometimes that's for the best to. That way you get away from the manipulation and manipulators, learn some (oft times) hard lessons, and start to recognise the kinds of people you do want to be around... and the things that need changing.

Homer mode engaged: "Ooooh! Higher self candy!" *drool*

Haha yep, agree with you in full. Relating an experience of my own from a few years back:
I'd walked to the shops nearby during winter, it was cloudy and raining and I saw this really old guy with a mattock hacking away at this tree stump. He seemed pretty disheveled and from the house/him I could see not wealthy, likely on government payments.
I stopped and asked if he needed a hand, he essentially recoiled and shook his head. Trust was just not there to accept help from a stranger.

Learning the kinds of people you *do* want to be around, hard lessons for me for sure. Remaining loyal to long time friends through hard times for them, only to be used and literally stolen from, burgled etc. Not to mention other terrible shit.
Anyway.

Yep. Offer help to people and be open about what you're doing. This is how we all should be.

Oh if I was in the store with my deck and felt it, I'd flip them and call the person over.
Others don't want to see the cards, but they're open to advise.
