Do you have any idea how many performers buy their songs from song writers? I personally know a guy that made a very good living (now retired) selling songs to well known country music singers. . Haha yeah I know it's a thing (not specifically how many), hell, Shakespeare did that... Didn't pay a lot of 'em either by some reports. But yeah how to go about that? Absolutely no clue.
