See now I've got this alternate video clip in my mind of a witch wandering the streets, cursing and ranting at people, dragging a corporate bankster in to an alleyway and the final scene of throwing the hat in the air is instead a sconce lit dungeon where she's hacking away at something offscreen then triumphantly holding up the head of the bankster with blood trickling out of a insane malevolent open mouthed grin.
