True. I moved my office home seventeen months ago and have no plans to ever return to my building so as not to be exposed to 'vaxed' people.

Now on nice days my office is on a glass table, with white linen tablecloth, and a huge umbrella over it in my backyard. My office phone miles away rings on my laptop where I answer it.

No one can even tell I am in my backyard in tee-shirt with past shoulder length hair and what is becoming a ZZ Top beard having decided I prefer looking like a ROCOR monk.

Though I do shut off background obfuscation or fake backgrounds to show my yard just to piss people off on video conferences. I'm on my game and they are put off by the background behind me--an immediately superior position in any discussion. [I know what I'm doing.]

Ok for one thing no one ever gets hired via usajobs never!!! I have actually been into one of their offices and you wouldnt believe the stacks of applications and resumes for jobs. Fema has to list the jobs but in actuality they are already filled. To get one of these jobs is just like any where else. It isnt what you know its who you know, period.

With Fema it is better to be a contractor way more more money. During Katrina I made $790 a day plus all expenses. Pay has gone down some since katrina but not by much at least for my skill set.

As far as state side work it doesnt get better then fema.

My Boss's wife works for FEMA, she had to get vax or stay home on unpaid leave. That's the choice, they won't fire you, but they just put you on a leave of absence until you comply..
