Yeah, one of the aggravating factors was Chauvin continued to asphyxiate him despite Floyd pleading he couldn't breathe. And that may be so, I won't rule out asphyxiation entirely although I believe it was a heart attack. But this douche bag judge overlooked the fact that Floyd began pleading before he was even on the ground, before Chauvin even touched him... heck, he PREDICTED he would stop breathing before any officer even touched him! All of that would cause ANYONE in their position to doubt the sincerity of his pleas. But the judge? Just didn't care about what happened before, like the jury. also killing before children was a joke pertaining to that aggravating factor, which is clearly not meant for people just happening upon a crime. If I've got someone guilty or who has previously run their mouth all over the place, I could see advising them against testifying, or also if they're really stupid and could be easily confused by a prosecutor. But, for an innocent person, I would ALWAYS want them to testify. If someone sits there and, truthfully, says "I didn't do it" most people can tell they're telling the truth, and it is certainly reasonable doubt, unless they have them dead to rights with some other evidence. I know this one was more dependent on other evidence like what drugs were in his system, the fact he had the fucking China virus, etc. but Chauvin might have convinced some jurors he wasn't a damned murderer. Nothing he could add to what was seen there on video with their own eyes. |

What this case just did is give anyone a legitimate reason to open fire on a cop who's on top of a perp for a prolonged peroid of time, or who has complained (even once) that they can't breathe, or appears unable to breathe freely. Honestly I've seen them murder too many people this way. Even one locally just a few months back. That one wasn't a freemason psyop so i couldn't get any "alternative news" source to run with it... |
