Don't neglect sleep, either! Sleep is critical for immune function and cell repair. Best is to sleep in a cool quiet dark room with the window open a crack year round. Or at least open the window and drapes daily to give it a good airing. Stuffy rooms are unhealthy rooms.

In the last week or so: The local US Bank told me they can't give me quarters, because they are out. Corporate sends them one box only each shipment. Local businesses also have signs asking for quarters and say the bank holds most all they get for them. The dollar general didn't have cup hooks (no big deal) but when I asked about it, the employee said they get the same minimal shipment every time, regardless of what they tell corporate they are out of or need. A different local hardware store was out of white exterior semi-gloss paint, and the guy said he honestly had no idea when they would get any...

I've always gone the natural route but recently had a stroke (due to vax shedding from my employers IMO), and now I'm on two prescription meds. And a lot of supplements.

I never thought I'd find myself on prescription meds. If they run out, I guess I'll keep on keeping on.
