the heck is the PRESIDENT OF THE U.S.A. (BUSH) DOING
GRANTING A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT any say-so in American
production of energy? Am I missing something here?

Now we can figure out WHY THESE POWER LINES ARE CAUSING
HUGE WILD FIRES...hmmm....Mexico gets ANGRY with TRUMP's WALL
and the lines mysteriously fall on dry tinder!
