I use a Hagane carbon steel knife in the kitchen and carbon steel knives in the field......I'll take the trade off....superior steel for a little more care....stainless steel for ocean fishing duties tho....

Bought a storage shed last year.

I was shocked at how many knives I found in it.

I also found a little paperwork of the original owner. So I looked her up.

Turns out she was in prison for stabbing her boyfriend in the chest...

The amount of knives I found was freaky....
