Ive always threatened escalation in a stern but professional manner wanting refunds and always got em. I quit using em too though. Was pissing me off watching driver go passed my house and then all over the fucking place.

I’ve never used door dash(does Canada even have that?), but I’ve had nothing but good service from Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats.
