I try to stay away from GMO foods including soy, high fructose syrup and corn. My husband is allergic to soy and peanuts. One of my children is allergic to Gluten. So I mostly cook from scratch and watch the products being purchased.

You are right regarding people and their diets though. American food isn't the best and what people are putting on their tables is basically one long list of chemicals.
