My line in the sand was the 'you may have been exposed to extremist content' popups on Facebook. When I got my notification, I clicked on the link and it brought me to a 'white power' recovery group that stated "No judgment, only help."
Facebook labeled me as someone who might need help leaving the white power movement.
Let that sink in for a moment.
