Does anyone think that Facebook might be violating a fiduciary duty by doing this to their customers?
I wonder if there's any way to obtain data about how many users have left the platform since this notification system took effect?
Facebook might be screwing their shareholders over to the extent that they may be liable for damages.
Quoting: CavScout I'm going to guess that a)any mutual funds holding shares of FB only look at the numbers and b)individual shareholders probably get up at the annual meeting and recommend/advocate exactly the treatment you were subjected to. While technically you're correct? In the cosmic scheme that will never be an issue that sees action.
