Lot has changed recently in NJ apparently... Since when are racial slurs are a chargeable crime? What did he actually get charged with? I'm guessing harassment, intimidation, assault (he did touch his neighbor), various other complaints likely were added since it sounds like he has been a problem... The neighbor pushed him too, in fact maybe he pushed first but it was after the spitting. |
