7 could be the number of days beyond FEB 5, or even the next days of the week beyond it, i.e. Saturday FEB 12, Sunday FEB 13 2022.
01/02 could be the transition between the first week (01) and the second week (02) beyond FEB 5, or the number of weeks to wait beyond that date, up to FEB 19.
This could also be the transition between JAN (01) and FEB (02) of the Julian calendar, given that FEB 13 is JAN 31 of the Julian calendar.
