'Do You Wish That We Show Up?' was for the people to prevent the End Times scenario, 10 years / cycles (mentioned in the text) before the birth of Prince George. Beyond that birth, the End Times have been announced by the two signs in heaven (of George's parents the day he was born) of Revelation 12, as already addressed.
If they waited for humanity to stop with warring and harming and killing each other to show up, they would never show up because humanity would disappear because of a catastrophic celestial event, for example, before this would occur.
So, they are not waiting for us to grow up since THEY ALREADY SHOWED UP since decades on a global scale.
BUT what they proposed, but WE failed to accept it in the 10-year time window, and what will soon happen, will contradict your statements. They will show up increasingly, and finally massively, in the coming days, months and years well before we would reach the point you state to be necessary for this to happen.
