They charged the peeping Tom. Not the dad who shot him.
I guess I always think of peeping tom shit as like a little kid trying to catch a glimpse of a woman naked. So killing the guy seems a bit harsh.
That said, if some 30 year old was trying to see my daughter or wife naked, I can see shooting the moron.
Strange days.
