I agree with praying for their repentance and salvation. But as long as they continue to worship a false master who claims to be superior to Christ, as is the case with OP, the question remains:

If someone rejects Jesus as our Lord and Savior and instead worships a false master, will He answer prayers for their well-being?

And when such a person passes away, what happens to them?

You pray His will not ours. After all, we were once in darkness too and people prayed for us, at least they did for me. I thank God for those people too, some prayed over 40 years.

They will be judged at the Great White Throne when the books are opened.

I was under the impression that Lily is a Christian, but whether or not, I just find her to be an extremely caring person, not afraid to point out horrors occurring in the world.

You cannot be Christian while accepting an anti-Christian "master" and being part of their cult.

But I agree that we should pray for them, including their repentance and salvation. I pray that her husband has time to do that.
