Re: If I were God
At the center, God is in a state of pure bliss and infinite power and has all eternity in front of Him so really petty human foibles and quabbles are nothing but light foam on top of the ocean. Plus, instead of focusing on negatives you may also take some time to take in all the good that surrounds you, the greatness, beauty and intricacy of creation.

Re: If I were God
If demonstrated in any way to exist, one of the primary objectives to creating sentient life is destroyed.

By nature there are mental processing stages to information:

1. Shock and awe stage, that God exists.
2. Now what stage. Endless debate, interpretations on what to do and not do. Like today with 1000 different religions fighting each other for dominance.
3. Trapped stage. I have no choice or free will but MUST and SHALL engage in some type of worship or payment.
4. The death of agape love stage. I hate you, god, for forcing me to worship you. there is no free will. There is nothing else greater that god so now there is only resentment and hate for being trapped.

Absolute voluntary Communion of your spirit with the Spirit of God, as long as God knows you're prepared and ready, provides stunning and ample evidence of the existence of God ONLY TO THAT INDIVIDUAL.

No broad brush demonstrations of evidence. Although there have been events where groups are certain it must be God that did this or that, just can't prove it.

If God was one of us, would he sin and love to lie?

I need to know....

IF God was one of us...would he freaking live his life...

IF God was one of us...would he believe he breathe again??

Re: If I were God
Just to set some parameters:

1) I created all that exist
2) I gave my creations free will
3) My only desire from my creations is that they recognize
the source from whence they came to be
4) Love my other creations as I have loved you

I would not want to be God. I would not want to watch as my creations decide not follow what is best for them.

Much like being a parent. No loving parent wants their child(ren) to follow a path of self destruction.

If I were God, I too, would be forgiving, but only to a point of weighing the good of the many, to that of the few.

If I were God I'd have created a perfect world and filled it with people in hopes they would respect it. (I think the real and only God did this).

If I were God.....I'd be ready to start over.

What say you GLP'ers?

There are TWO GODS!

The False god

The Real GOD.

Man is made in the image of The Real GOD who is INFINITE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Man currently are attempting to become AS ONE with the WRONG god.

When mankind attempts to become AS ONE with The Real GOD then A REAL MIRACLE HAPPENS!

YOU MERGE AS ONE WITH GOD HIMSELF AND BECOME HIM!

The rest start over and maybe will learn the next lifetime NOT to turn their backs on the golden chance of becoming as one with HIM!

Just because Jesus's Heavenly Kingdom is NOT of this world it does NOT automatically follow that Heaven is your TRUE HOME.

What if your TRUE HOME were SOMEPLACE ELSE?

THAT "SOMEPLACE ELSE" is the SPIRITUAL "merging" AS ONE with THE TIMELESS "INFINITE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE" that is THE ONE TRUE MOST HIGH FATHER ORIGINAL SOURCE CREATOR GOD!

Seriously....If you were God and had created a perfect world and then put people upon it that could chose not to be perfected.....what/how would you deal with it?
 Quoting: 1LittlemanRp

I would create a spirit/soul that is part of each person that continues to live on as that person after death. I would create a higher dimensional spirit world where each person would continue to live, learn and advance toward perfection forever with no limit.

You would want.

The good of the many? What if the world was occupied in majority by people who you thought were assholes? And only a few good people were left *cough* Noah and the flood *cough*

If you created a perfect world why would you risk destroying your perfect world by filling it with people you knew were capable of destroyed it? Because perfection is death of change. Look at great works of art. We seek to preserve them adding or taking nothing away, forever the same. No change, nothing happens, no measure of time.

The last time they made God Mad, there were some very bad things that happened, yes, God made us in his image, he can and has lost his temper, I may be wrong on the temper part, it could have been profound sorrow at what he made, yet he didn't want to destroy it all, he saved the best ones he could. He gave rules to live by so you can have a good life, if people followed those rules peace would reign in and the world would be calm and joyful. This way life was simpler when the Churches was people's go-to place for gathering and being thankful. They taught and followed those simple rules.

Ya'll don't understand what an All mighty and All powerful All knowing & present in All places means don't you.

If YOU are made in the image of God then look
at your body you are God scaled down to your body. You're made up of so many living cells, You direct the might of your body and it's power because you are almighty and all powerful, You contain all it's knowledge because you are all knowing, you are at all places of your body, because you are all of your body and within your body you are omniscient.

Yet where are YOU the God of your body exactly? Who is this strange YOU ghost that directs the living cells and their fates? Why do does god desire worship? Why must the body provide you with daily tributes of serotonin and dopamine? Why does the body needless suffers why don't you always treat you body the best way. In the end your living cells will abandon, grow to a god who doesnt care about his cell you can do sim k

If One walked closest with the all mighty, One would lay low until it becomes obvious that the power of attraction in fact works,...becoming a gifted stand out.

After that, it becomes a simple process through fatherly nurturing, by making all understand the problems on this planet stem from a general lack of knowledge of its citizens, including all repugnant "top secret" programs within governments, their spy agencies and military.

Accountability and transparency within governments would become the norm for tax paying citizens especially if such an individual is working at a military capacity to serve the United Nations

Could there be such an individual currently walking on this planet, or will this become an eternal nightmare spawned by greed driven hierarchies maintaining the Status Quo with their technocracy?
