I feel like he’s so crazy and ridiculous and (flip-floppy like you said), that it cannot possibly be real. The only explanation my head can come up with is that this is some type of show they’re putting on and any minute the curtain will be lifted and we’ll have our “ah-ha” moment and he’ll pull off his gremlin muppet caricature mask and it’ll somehow be the good guys under there.
