In his guidelines and interviews, he's not making it up as he goes along.

And he's not senile.

What he is doing is clearly and definitely intentional.

It's to keep the public constantly confused and off-balance.

Every day it is something new. People try to keep up, and scratch their heads.

The media is his willing accomplices. They never question him, or ask why what he says today is the opposite from what he said yesterday.

So much of the public struggles to keep up, and they start questioning their own sanity.

It's a form of gaslighting.

Even those who don't believe a word he says are confused by why so many in the public don't see through his charade. So they too are affected in some way.

It's all clearly out of the psychological manipulation, brainwashing, and torture playbook.
