I watched this and I have no idea what happened to escalate this situation into the white lady attaching the black salesperson and why she kept recording when she asked her to stop. Clearly the salesperson was not in fear as she was just recording a breakdown to post on social media.

BTW, where was the manager? Everyone just keeps purchasing things and ringing people up?

In the end, we are the ones that lose by holding a social media video court that is only intended to ruin people's lives or gain pity and a Gofundme account.
