There is a new movie coming out where people go to a beach and everybody starts growing old. Seems like a similar concept.

The cave is near Kutztown PA. I use to live and work nearby.
I've been on the cave tour with the wife and kids. It's a neat place to visit... but not that big and certainly nothing creepy or scary about it.

Sounds like business is slow there and they are trying to drum up some visitors.

It was discovered in the 1820's and was set up as a tourist destination already then. Full of stalactites and stalagmites and crystals of every known variety in their gift shop. One tourguide is quite annoying though, who happened to be on this video this one guy took:

This old cave is actually an abandoned gold mine from the 1850s.

Back in the bad old days, they crushed up their stone and dumped it in the nearby stream. To this day, are thousands of chunks of cleanish-white quartz crystal in the water on the hike up to this cave. I did used to pack a few pieces out with me each time I visited, but they get heavy fast, it’s a real challenging trail to get back down with 50lbs of rock on your back, and it feels more sacred to me to leave it where it is.
