It's not a lightbeam. It's a con/chemtrail left by a plane. It's being illuminated by scattering light from the town below (local time: 10.45pm).

Thanks for the idea, but I don't think so. Contrails form so high up, that this town would not be able to illuminate it. Also the light of the beam is the same all the way, city lights would have different shades. Of blue. Or orange.

I've been seeing a pattern with these posts in that the users often use the word BEAM and then they also use the word CHIME in their posts. These are trigger words and these posters are handlers for some sort of psyops.

It actually looks like, if the beam would be pointed at you - that's what you would see.

In general Santos city Philippines…. In 2003. I was on my evening walk when what looked like a intense purplish laser like flash of light came from over the ocean in a split second and lasted less than a second as it shot over the horizon.

All the electricity instantly went out in the entire region.

Stayed it for about 30 minutes.

It was beyond freaky.
