All was well until I used my skills to show my boss, the same Obadiah, a graphic that divided white workers production verses black workers production...all from their scanners....that the 23% white workers, ALL out performed all but 6% of the black workers and no black worker was in the top ten percent in workload or performance rating in any category.

A couple weeks later there was a fight in a trailer at the loading dock and when I went in to stop it I was hit a few times and had a busted up eyebrow and lip.

All the "cousins" said I started it and I was fired the next day.

Ah, you pushed it too far. Hard to know what's too far, but making the racial comparison explicit was it.

Blacks do stick together. What did you plan to do, replace the blacks with whites? Obadiah was happy that you were weeding out the bad blacks so he could upgrade the average quality of blacks.

But when you tried to overcome black privilege altogether, you found yourself gone. They do stick together. Learn from it.

Maybe it was coming for you anyway. George wasn't fired, he was just on medical leave. Maybe once you were done fixing the operation and writing software they could never write, all for $20 / hour or less (it costs more than that to subcontract to India!), you'd have been let go anyway.
