I would seriously beat the everlovin shit out of someone if they shit in my shower... rental or otherwise.

But I'd hope that I had better judgement than to rent to a shower shitter in the first place... so this scenario would never occur.

buy and rent small industrial space instead. If they don't pay you can throw them out and there is no shower for them to shit in.
