In my opinion, it has to do with destabilizing the land. TPTB are trying to create infrastructure failure. Yes, this is nothing concrete, just intuition, but I feel it strongly.

I don't know where they are exactly. I had friends way back in the day who used to take their own boats in a flotilla down to the Bahamas for vacation. They claimed there were ancient megalithic roads and structures under the waters in some locations. That the water was so clear you could look right down and see these obvious human sites. They would speculate it was Atlantis. I thought this was far fetched but was intrigued. Its come out in edgy side areas online at time that these structures really are out there. So maybe they are destroying something against future discovery. Hidden History stuff.
