God has been giving some people dreams about the government creating man made tsunami's for awhile now.

I had tsunami dreams for more than half of my life (62 now), and they weren't about the gov't doing anything. The only time I have ever had Tsunami dreams was when I lived in Seattle area a couple of years. Between those dreams and my creeping fear of Earth Quakes hitting at any time, especially while on the pancake portion of I-5 - I moved back out of there.
