In my opinion, it has to do with destabilizing the land. TPTB are trying to create infrastructure failure. Yes, this is nothing concrete, just intuition, but I feel it strongly.

Its come out in edgy side areas online at time that these structures really are out there. So maybe they are destroying something against future discovery. Hidden History stuff.Bimini Road is what you are thinking of...it's an underwater limestone formation looking like a brick road, sort of...but debunked by "experts" as not man-made...
