I blocked this BS-er on twitter long ago. My god that article was written by a 5yo.

I really hate some of the cr*p that people pass around in the XRP community, it makes the community look stupid.
 Quoting: DWAVE

So are you saying Coin Quora is BS? Because a bunch of websites are sharing that article like it's legit.

If the Twitter poster is BS that's one thing, but if other publications are passing around a trash article that's quite another.

i think the end of the year is going to be a disaster since everyone is thinking it will be exit time....the first lemming may land on a yacht but most lemmings will drown as they go over the cliff...oh we will recover but im seriously thinking about skipping the cash out this bull run and waiting for utility in a few years..at least waiting for clarity...
 Quoting: Edmond Dantès

A diaster for who? The entire crypto space?

It seems like everyone is poised for a huge bull run and not an exit.
 Quoting: Luminous Epinoia

yes but when the selling begins...it will crash once the lemmings figure out its exit time

Man it really has been a struggle the last eleven days. I've never felt so weak in my life and I am a fit and healthy 39 year old. I don't know WTF happened but I think I'm finally back on the mend. Looking forward to catching up, I'm over it all!
 Quoting: Luminous Epinoia

Thank you. I'm actually fortunate to not have allergies but this felt weaponized. It attacked my central nervous system making it incredibly difficult to move amongst many other things. Never had a fever, chills, or lost my taste but I did have all that with covid March of last year. Really bizarre and I'm glad I can move some without tremendous pain. I wish it was allergy related because at least there's some answers to that.

Thanks again!
 Quoting: Luminous Epinoia

Glad to hear you're still doing better!

Don't know if we had the same thing, but I'll say my bout with the bug did something similar - could barely move from one room to another without needing to sit and rest for 5-10 minutes afterwards. It's taken the better part of a month to really have the stamina I had before, but I'm a bit older (mid 50's but normally healthy) so hopefully you'll recover faster!

Was noticing something that completely blew my mind with SHIB - it's daily volume has been either as large as or greater than the spot market volume of BTC.

Here's an example from Coinbase:

https://imgur.com/a/nZWFJIp

Binance isn't as dramatic, but still impressive:

https://imgur.com/a/m1Nzy9Q

Watching the ebb and flow of the volume of each the past few days, I'm sort of suspecting that there is a trade happening between BTC and SHIB where profits are taken in one to trade up the other.

Sort of makes you wonder what it will be like for XRP once it is able to trade on the US market again.

BTC price continues to follow the trend channel up but its market dominance has fallen.

Dominance is just barely hanging on to the limits of the prior trend channel at the moment.

Thank you for the words! Still struggling today unfortunately. Yes I do agree, too much vitamin C causes GI distress so I've been sticking to one gram doses. I didn't even think of a nebulizer but that's a great idea thanks!
 Quoting: Luminous Epinoia

Glad to help!

Another thing I'll add: where I'm at (inland US Northeast) my allergies have been easily two or three times more severe than a typical year and I think that really was what made things worse in my recovery. Don't know of you do typically have allergies, but if you haven't considered that as a factor yet, it might be a way to improve your symptoms and get relief.

Hope tomorrow is a better day on the road of recovery!

Have you tried Liposomal vitamin C? It won't upset your stomach and you can take massive amounts.

 Quoting: walker8989

I prefer liposomal C as it is more efficiently delivered and doesn't usually produce GI issues until large (for me 10+ grams in a 4 hour period) dose is consumed. It doesn't usually help my allergies, but works well for colds, especially if taken at the immediate outset of feeling something coming on. Everyone is different, but over the years, I've settled on the following protocol as it works for me: 4 grams initially, then 2 grams every hour for four hours. The idea being that C supposedly has a very short half-life in the body, so it's important to keep the levels up so it can reach an effective average concentration in the body for a few hours. I could never take these amounts in anything other than liposomal form, the GI issues alone would likely make the cure worse than simply having a cold!

For allergies, I prefer to take 3-5 grams of MSM Crystals (Methyl-sulfonyl-Methane) daily in a glass of water (it's a bit disgusting at first, but you get used to it). Works well for me on joint aches and pains outside of allergy season too!

If you are interested, here's a link to a PDF from Dr. Levey on "Rapid Virus Recovery":

[link to rvr.medfoxpub.com (secure)]

He discusses the relationship between Hydrogen Peroxide and C as well as the mechanisms of action.

I don't mind nebulizing saline but I couldn't bring myself to try nebulization of Hydrogen Peroxide, although I was tempted during my Covid experience.

I don't think it is dead, but I don't actively trade Litecoin as I think there are other projects with a greater potential return out there, but I will admit I do still hold a single Litecoin for nostalgia as it was the first crypto I purchased back in the day.

Theoretically, it remains underwater and serves as a reminder not to FOMO. :)

Do you have any thoughts on LTC?

I was away for a few days. I got sick with something like that in December 2020, took a while to recover, for sure.

Hope you feel better soon and that in the meantime you are taking lots of vitamin C, vitamin D and everything else :)

I have some friends and long time crypto traders telling me it’s not worth holding and to do what you are doing. I can see it going to $500 + before it’s all over but it’s taking forever to reach its all time high again.

BTC volume has been really low throughout this last little push, something I've had my eye on as well. I for sure think there are those taking profit as we speak which is why I don't think 100K is that reasonable at this time.

I think this makes sense. With so many other projects set to hit significant gains coming up, LTC doesn't fit the mold IMO.
