FWIW, I feel the same, yet kept my XDC.

Increased my XRP bags 25%.

Eyeballing IOTA during this buying opportunity, since I let it slip away, but still haven't pulled the trigger.

So many options out there right now...

Algo's been outperforming XRP and Ledger pays a nice interest on ALGO. Almost 12% increase in ALGO coins just from interest the last 2 years alone.

I use my face, tied to a pass code.

The passphrase is tied to that, yes. Stored on the phone, in the app "bucket" with Xumm, but NOT tied to your SIM card in any way, so SIMCARD hacks are incapable of stealing your Xumm passphrase.

okay cool. i was just wondering.
it was a story from 9 months ago so maybe things changed.

basically someone said they opened the app after 2 weeks and their account was deleted. and the account their cryptos was sent to was also deleted (they looked this up using the original address and its history on the blockchain)

sounded scary. specially knowing there will be so much xrp and solo on XUMM on december 23

You make very wise points there, all totally true.

As far as Xumm goes, you never really can trust anyone. However I do feel like it's on the up and up. Making those connected to the XRP ledger would have some long term effects. With that said I will be off Xumm as soon as the snapshot is over. The only reason I'm not now is my ledger doesn't have the capability to hold Solo right now :/

I know I'm probably the only one who gave up on XDC which means it will probably do amazingly long term. Probably not a smart move.

There certainly are a lot of options right now. Since I haven't since definitively that IOTA is ISO compliant I can't pull the trigger on it, however a lot of people are big believers and I understand why.

I like that idea since christmas lists prob contain virtual real estate.

Well, IOTA was the only one of “The Five” I didn’t grab on the cheap 2 years ago. IOTA? MIOTA? ERC20? Does Ledger hold it? So many questions back then, it just raised in price as I watched.

I totally get MANA. I like mana. Mana is magic juice in role playing games. You hear “mana from heaven”. People were nourished by mana in the morning dew fields in a story I remember.

Led me to PC games you can play and get real world crypto. One actually based on “gold mining”. Beautiful 3D world you walk around in, rent gold mining equipment, maybe a donkey, go to the river, build a sluice, get the pan and pan for nuggets. These can be used to buy better equipment to mine better. The other “native” faction can steal your nugget and return it back to the earth for profit. (as tokens are released, they are dispersed throughout the world for players to ‘find’ and ‘mine’ to collect.. a different way to dispense your company’s coins, I guess?)

Really weird economy they have going on.

Oh, and for relevancy, it ALL runs on the XRPL.

You can claim drops using your Ledger + xrptoolkit.

The tokens won't show up in the Ledger App but they are tied to your wallet and you access + trade with the toolkit.

Don't think it has been posted here but Aquarius has an airdrop for XLM holders. Snapshot is next week. (Dec 15th)

You need a balance of 500 XLM + 1 AQUA to participate.

I used stellarwallet which is similar to xrptoolkit.

I tried (earlier in the thread) to use Ledger+xrptoolkit and quit when the toolkit asked for my 24-word pass phrase to my Ledger Nano. I wasn’t comfortable enough typing that out over the internet, so I ended up with Xumm.

I saw AQUA on the LOBSTR app. Seemed like an XLM wallet or the XLM equivalent to XRP’s Xumm.

Currently, on LOBSTR, 1 XLM is 34.541914 AQUA (Or: 1 AQUA = 0.0289504 XLM)

Not sure why xrptoolkit asked for your seed. I just open the app on the Ledger then click connect.

Transactions are signed just like using the Ledger Live App.

Lurker here...Have read the whole thread. All im gonna say is SOLO is the real deal. You would be stupid to sell anytime.....It will go 3 digits and has the utility and great game plan. It will survive and make you a lot of money. This is the future!

One more thing...If you think your gonna sell right before
snaphot or after,,,,Your gonna wreck yourself.

I can understand before the snapshot. But why after?

i can mostly understand after the snapshot. because as soon as its done people will probably try to exchange stuff. all at the same time
since probably right before the snapshot the price will be a lot higher than right after

The same thing happened to GYEN and BICO. Everyone, including developers bailed at once.

Everything you said we've already discussed. We know its going to be exactly how you said. I get it, people sell and then try to exchange for a shit coin. Those people are definitely gonna get fucked. But if we trade straight to XRP and hold, I see no downside.


I absolutely know I will not get top dollar, I'll be happy getting something profitable on the way down.

I feel like my game plan is pretty tight.

Then again, I'm not an expert. And then again, I haven't lost a dime in this shit.

This is exactly what happened with me and the second I see anything wanting my seed phrase, I'm done. I ended up at Xumm for the same reason.

Glad you've read the whole thread and I agree on your assessment. But I'm curious to why selling after will get you rekt? Do you think there will be zero selloff post snapshot?

This is what happened to XRP after the FLR snapshot. In fact the price was pumped well before and the whale took out 30% of XRP before the snapshot happened.

It's nice to see Solo back at $5. I feel it's a strong indication of what we already know.

Livecoin has Vagabond at $28 and Coingecko has it at $51. Which basically means we have absolutely no idea what the price because of almost zero liquidity.

I believe there probably will be a small sell off but nothing to be worried about. I see the price to continually go up and by selling you will never be able to get in again at any low price. This is a 3 digit coin.

Supposedly, crypto that supports the use case of gaming is the next big up-and-coming segment.

Have been looking at this segment for a few days and have narrowed down a few likely candidates that are either directly developing the games or supporting the gaming infrastructure.

Some have already experienced a fair amount of gain, others not as much yet. Some have the advantage of being listed on centralized exchanges such as Coinbase, others are not, but might be eventually.
