(im still trying to find something positive in this situation..usually not my thing lol) The exchange I use for KYC is now requesting a new KYC but you have to use their phone app to proceed. I've been having problems with it but have come to the conclusion that I need to allow the app to access all information on my phone. (Which I deny for all apps.) Sent them a support ticket asking "What's the Scoop" and "Smells Fishy". Hmm. lol. i bet you get some copy/paste reply like i got from bitrue when i inquired about the SOLO i never received. |
