When you check their sub headers it is a joke. Nothing for Unauthorized Transaction. Looks like my ADA and ANKR were transferred to BTC then into Someone else's wallet. im very sorry to hear that for you that sucks.... time to change passwords using a computer that is not your own ipad or phone or something like that and dont save the new passwords to notepad or icloud. I ran a check using Malwarebytes and found Nothing. I did change the form of payment to Coinbase but will not do any more transactions until this is resolved. Somehow my cell phone number was hacked at almost the same time. I see the Sept Transaction log of both Ankr and ADA being transferred to BTC Then To a wallet. (I doubt this will be recovered) I was able to double my initial investment from April to Sept. I have a Coinbase wallet but as of now there is nothing in it. I am posting this as a learning tool for others. I did a small thread on here about this but got laughed off the Board. So I thought I would drop it here. Laissez-faire. I'm very sorry to hear this as it happened to me as well. SIM hack and my whole Coinbase account was jacked up. It took some doing but I was on the fortunate side of getting it fixed. This was a few years ago when their customer load was much smaller. The bigger they have gotten, the worse their CS has become. The fact that people laughed you off is sad because this is no joke. The topic had come up a couple times in this thread. Vision Thing has posted a couple YT videos on the best self-custody that is completely offline and safe. I highly recommend them. Keep us updated and hopefully you get it back my friend. |

This is why I've been posting the Evergrande stuff. You can see it a mile a way, whether a company is defaulting, China bans crypto, etc etc. |
