Super clever disclaimer. But truth be told, you have to take compensation for any real case to have legs. They’d spend a lot of money in court before anything if you didn’t take possession of funds for the advice.

But no better to be safe than sorry.

What’s quant from your opinion? I made money off it, but never did a lick of research.

Why do you like it?

Liking something and making money off it are separate most of the time for me. That being said, it was someone else labelling it, skynet. Sounded impersonal and completely intwined with an international/multifunctional supply chain.

it also plans to introduce its technology to other sectors, such as healthcare, supply chain, and financial services.

As we transition to this new thread I just want to thank all the leaders in the Xrp community this past year and beyond.

You have helped shepherd us in times of uncertainty and have led us on a path to wealth and success. Some individuals come to mind:

GLP's own: ARK --- Daydream --- Luminous Epinoia --- and others!

Youtubers: Bearable Bull --- Jeremy Hogan --- Brad Kimes --- EXTRAVOD --- etc.

I'm sure I've forgotten some names.

Many cheers for all you've done! Someday when a book is written I hope you will be part of the story.

See you on the new thread.

--------------

I managed to get some Alliance Block ALBT without using Kucoin. I traded for it in Coinbase Wallet. I worked between the Coinbase App and the Coinbase Wallet App on my phone. I needed to use an ERC20 token to swap for the ALBT. I think you can only trade Etherium based tokens in the Coinbase Wallet? Not sure. So I swapped some XLM had on Coinbase for some LINK and sent the LINK to the Wallet. That was a trading pair with the ALBT but then it said I needed to deposit at least $24.00 ETH for the fees. Oh boy. So I bought some ETH on Coinbase directly from within the wallet. Paid the regular Coinbase fee for that purchase, then when I swapped the LINK for the ALBT there was an ETH fee of just over 5.00, oh boy again. Well it was all worth it just to break in the wallet and see how slick and easy it is to do everything. It is pretty well done, really simple plain graphics with nothing confusing at least to me anyway, so far. Now that I did that I'll probably get some more ALBT.

------------------------

Want to add that it seems most exchanges and maybe wallets are easier to look at in their phone app version than they are on the desktop version of the site?

I got a new (cheap!) phone, transferred my number and account, then used the old one with no service, for a dedicated crypto phone so I could use the Coinbase Wallet and the Guarda Wallet.

Coinbase Wallet has XDC in the list of supported coins, however a whole bunch of people in the chat on Bullzilla livestreams said to not send XDC to Coinbase Wallet, that you would lose your XDC. Haven't experimented with that.

Does anyone know a wallet besides Guarda that you could send XDC to to get it off of Bitrue?

First of all, this doesn't have to be a strictly XRP thread, just one that has quality discussion and helps others. You provide plenty of that so thank you (:

I have definitely found the same, that certain sites are better mobile and certain phone apps are better. Why that is the case is beyond me but it's true.

I think you did well on your ALBT! It doesn't even sound like your ETH gas fees were that bad. I've had to stop some purchases because the fees are absolutely out of control. Mind blowing how much they can be at times.

Unfortunately I do not know of another wallet for XDC. I will ask around and if anyone has an answer I will report back.

I have that Coinbase card and haven't used it yet. Our pool, who is in this thread, has been using it and funded it with Qwant, which I thought was very clever and I want to look into all of this more.

Awesome to see QNT touch triple digits last night. Really good stuff I'm super happy to see it!

What doesn't excite me is when BTC hit it's top at 64K, XRP was at 1.95. now it's 38K and we're at .65. It doesn't matter of course in the end because XRP clearly wins but it's so obvious the manipulators hate XRP and love BTC.

I am beyond ready for the decoupling. I know a lot of people who got impatient on XRP and jumped heavy into QNT. Can't blame them for it as you have to be behind patient as a long term XRP hodler.

Earlier in the thread I put up a link that said it's pushed back to September. Personally I don't think it will launch until the lawsuit is over. Flare is heavily connected and probably doesn't want to get involved in the midst of this mess. They came out and said their reason is that they want to have fully tested everything before the airdrop......

I had only done half of the trade I wanted to make, then last night when I wanted to do the other half, the ETH fee for swapping the LINK for the rest of the ALBT was 13.50, so stupid me decided to wait, this morning it's twenty bucks! Well the two assets seem to be moving proportionally so I'll see if I can do something in the middle of the night tonight and just get this off my plate. I won't care when it's all done, but honestly, twenty bucks! for a $135.00 swap, give me a break. I mean that is not all the fee either! They will take a bite out of the LINK on the way out as well, I'm pretty sure!

They will take a bite on the way out you're right! The gas fee is incredible. I was all set to do a quick pump and dump on Shiba right in the beginning. The ETH fee was $1100. I couldn't believe it and didn't pull the trigger on it. I wish I did because it would have been a quick buck but my rational mind went out the window when looking at the fee. If I become irrational or emotional it is definitely not time to be pulling the trigger on anything.

I'm sure you'll find the right time to make the swap (:

I've never seen anything on GLP. These are my IRL friends. I've been buying XRP monthly since 2018 and have had many conversations with friends. They trust me so they jumped on board. Problem for them was that while I told them this was a ten year plan for me, they couldn't wait that long.

So when XRP crashed that's when they jumped ship and went looking for other investments. Which was the stupidest thing they could have done because you only lose if you sell low. But they did and somehow they all migrated to QNT. I don't know anything other than the basics with QNT but I do see the future utility and the low circulating supply as attractive qualities.

Needless to say that they are happy with their gains and are expecting QNT to be bigger than XRP. While I won't go that far I do expect there to be a few really solid projects after regulation and 98% of the coins to go away for good.

The rumor & I stress -- the rumor....

The rumor is that XRP is going to be the trading token for all the major movement needed in the central banking space, including swaps and derivatives.

It's not just the multi-trillion cross-border payments. Btw, XLM/Stellar is moving into that space.

XRP is, by far, the best positioned to be King Crypto.

We are trying to help people providing them with what utility tokens will be utilized in the new financial system so they won't be screwed when the old system collapses

Facts
-they are printing trillions worsening hyperinflation ON purpose
-it is deliberate as the new digital system is ready to go -- kill the old & bring in the new
-fiat will die & unregulated cryptos too (proof of work tokens)
Why do you think musk can tweet, pump up doge, sell & make a fortune? In a regulated crypto market that's not possible. They want to monitor everything & see how much crypto people own

-the system will crash in the next few years yes
-people will lose their jobs & houses
But

They can arm themselves with knowledge & invest in precious metals & useful digital tokens (xrp is the big one)

Bitcoin/eth is not the way! Only making chinese mining farms richer so they can pay their electric bills- unsustainable & will die

Lawmakers circling the wagons on Tether that will kill it faster. Wake up
