Re: The XRP Investor Thread
OP, maybe you could do an updated on the SEC for those not paying attention?

Next up is them questioning this Heston guy? How long will this take?

I feel like they are very close to getting an official ruling.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78358640

Follow this attorney on Twitter, he's really good but I'll give you a quick rundown.

[link to mobile.twitter.com (secure)]

The SEC has been playing stall tactics for months but Ripple has been a step ahead of them the whole time. Ripple wants to depose Hinman because of all the video circulating where Hinman claimed ETH was not a security. Problem is that ETH ran an ICO in 2014 that raised $17 million to create the platform. There's video of Vitaly Buterik explaining it. ETH is a security. A week after Hinman made that speech he went to a firm and loaded up on ETH and made a killing.

That's why this is such a big deal. The questioning is set for July 27 but the SEC is going to try and object every single question that gets asked of him. Personally I just hope they show all the video to him. He's in deep.

If this drags out, summary judgment isn't until Q1 2022. Which sucks beyond belief. It doesn't seem the SEC wants to settle because it makes them look week. Ripple wants to go the distance to get permanent regulations.

Settlement seems most likely to me but anything is possible. The SEC is corrupt AF and I'm sure has more strings to pull.

I made $200k in the last year on XRP. Moved most of it before the recent correction and have since moved everything back.

XRP is probably a big part of future global digital currency, if not the primary token.

Well done that's great foresight. If you have more in the future I'd love to hear it. I posted this thread a little time ago where this guy perfectly called the "correction". Really it's just a massive pump and dump imo.

Re: The XRP Investor Thread
When looking at any crypto, people need to consider the massive changes happening to our planet. We are in the midsts of a revolution that has never occurred before. This makes the industrial Revolution look like a simpleton joke.

Crypto currency, particularly XRP are at the very beginning of their useful life. They will grow massively and morph over the next ten years to accommodate our AI regulated technocratic world. We mustn’t simply look at crypto as only a quick pay out investment. It is far bigger than that rookie level thinking.

Broken fiat currency will go bye bye. The agenda is working furiously behind the scenes to implement the new system. Life it or not this is happening.

And it’s not just economic. Every aspect of life on earth is changing at light speed. And humans are not the ones implementing these changes.

Very true. I do think the stock market is due for a massive "crash" upcoming. I've been trying to get my mom out of her portfolio but it doesn't seem to be working. I think $4K BTC is not out of the realm of possibility again. But you're right it's funny how we look at things...

Yup I get it.

Sadly as long as the market is rigged, XRP will be tied to BTC. That's why we need clarity ASAP.

Good question. Personally until regulation comes into this space, TA is a joke and should be thrown out the window. The whole market is manipulated.

With that said. If it hit .42 I wouldn't be shocked. But once the dam breaks the flood is going to be very interesting.

Thank you for making this thread. Have been on GLP for a decade but have stayed away the past year. I was introduced to XRP/XLM last March and have enjoyed the ride! Have taken some nice profit, bought high and low but overall up way more then if I would have been trading only in stock market. Big believer in this space and biggest holdings are XRP, XLM, ALGO, ADA, and XDC. My gut tells me the rest of this month will be a rollercoaster ride!

I see what you mean. I can't watch that stuff, it's all speculation. Someone on GLP turned me on to Blockchain Backer and when the lawsuit dropped, he lost it saying he gave up on XRP. I can't listen to anyone like that and I happen to think he's one of the better ones. Says a lot about the rest.

The only real question is this. Is digital money part of the future. If your answer yes then buy some coins. If not then dont.

Many great threads with valuable info just deleted out of nowhere

The SEC lawsuit is to bring regulatory clarity to XRP- otherwise banks could not even discuss it as an option or ever use it. Hint: Brad Garlinghous said "lawsuit will pave the way for regulatory clarity as a currency"
that was 3 years ago in 2018.

Projects I'm betting on out of this ludicrous crypto scam are..if any...XRP XDC XLM ALGO. VET and HBAR as well.

But honestly... The concept of tokens etc seems unnecessary. Blockchain is a software..a code..It's not a financial investment. I understand you need to incentive nodes etc but I really don't think 'crypto' is going to be an asset.

But what do i know.

The price means nothing, look at use case & potential to address current problems in modern finance & payments

Xrp is the bridge between tokens, Chinese digtial yuan, USD, Bitcoin-- whatever- it can send & receive in many different kinds of currencies, both fiat & digital

This use case combined with a transaction speed of under 10 seconds (that's payment settled not just sent) will change the future of financial tech & be incredibly valuable

the prices are flipped now because it's the speculative phase of crypto - high prices in coins with little to no real value

the stage we are entering now is the second utility phase - tokens with high value will do well in the mid to long term future

Look at partnerships, research, utility- forget the price for now
