I've heard rumors recently that there is a public XRP ledger, as well as a private/banking ledger. Anyone have any insight to this?
Quoting: Luminous Epinoia Yes David Schwartz has stated that they created a private ledger for some banks that asked for it. I have wondered if they are testing XRP on the private ledger at the real, appreciated, utility price value.
