If you have a coinbase account, it should be fairly easy to apply and be approved. The card debits/draws money from a coin of your choice and holdings. I linked mine to Quant bc i believed it would increase in value since:

^ that and I didn't want to keep pumping money into my Quant hodlings. When I bought Quant, it was below $70. On July 20th it dropped below $56..soo sitting at $75 is alright. And I only use the profits of my balance to purchase small things, not everything.
