I don't think so.

They're just saying the network got busy validating all the influx of transactions (probably due to pending airdrops/snapshots, everyone's jumping on board).

In the XRPL, if the network queue is full, there's a function to "pay more transaction fees" to get your transaction pushed in anyway.

Xumm didn't have that built in for XRP, they are fixing it now.

I've seen this with other coins when sending them:
"Normal speed: 0.000012 fee"
"Expedited: 0.000120 fee"
"Do it NOW: 0.001200 fee"

Then, you can choose how fast/expensive you want your transaction to be.

Sounds like XRP has the same feature, just not enabled on Xumm; yet.

This overall is the first time I've ever seen any vulnerabilities with the ledger. The fact that it caught its own self in and endless loop is quite surprising to me. There must be a lot going on right now to fix these issues.

Solo about to hit $5 and the que is still full so still can't use the Dex. For sure didn't see this coming today.

A lot happened at the forum today, way too much to post. Apparently Gensler went nuts and is going for regulatory hell on crypto and is even talking about suing the exchanges for not having a security license to sell. Crazy stuff.

these airdrops may not be worth it....im sitting them out thinking something is shady about all of them. i dont know what it is but its something to me...i will just hodl and take what i have to the bank when its time...could be just ignorance...also...so many networks are not not not going to be used...only a few...these airdrops may garner a few pennies of profit but at what expense for the last bag holder...is it really even ethical to trade in something that will never have a shot at adoption....no judgement just observation....its these pumpy dumpy coins that have gensler going godzilla on everyone and rightfully so.

I was attempting to swap solo for xrp on the solo dex and every time it failed. It wouldn’t even allow an xrp transfer to another wallet address. Made multiple attempts using different parameters and still just queued.

I was finally able to make a trade when the dex popped up with a higher fee option and I opted for it and the transaction went right through. I didn’t get such option when trying to send to a different wallet, again, just trying to move xrp off my solo wallet and I couldn’t.

While this was going on, I was quickly and easily able to send xrp between other wallets so the bottleneck for me was/is the solo dex/wallet.

I’ll let it clean itself up and try again but…

This may be a concern for anyone doing a snapshot shuffle on the 24th.

I know the ledger was having some issues from what was posted here so I don’t want to be too hard on solo. This is more for informational purposes.

I’m reminded that FLR won’t drop until the SGB test is complete.

Songbird… kind of like a canary in a coal mine.

These are “live tests” to ensure the integrity of the XRPL and fix things (like today) before the REAL system kicks off.

It’s coming.

Xumm isn't allowing XRP to SOLO transfers right now.

"The price difference between buying and selling offers is too high".

Xumm doesn't allow screenshots of their app otherwise I'd post it.
 Quoting: Luminous Epinoia

Yo. A couple of hours ago I tried to flip 225 Solo for 1035 xrp. And like you said

"The price difference between buying and selling offers is too high".

So this is what I did. I kept clicking and switching back and forth until I got the blue trade button. But you have to have lightning fast fingers. It took me 3 or 4 trys, but I finally clicked fast enough and the order went through.

Then I sent that 1035 xrp to uphold. That took about an hour to go through. That was weird. Usually its practically instantaneous.

if you look on sologenic, the order books showing over $6.6 now, yet its all locking up again. I think theres to many transactions and things are crashing. Where do you think solo will end up before the airdrop? I think its looking to be over $25 at this point. Thats seriously tempting to sell back into xrp. Then buy back when the coin crashes after the snapshot. Which way round will make the best money? I personally think if you think youill be selling solo just after the airdrop your kidding yourself. The market will lock and crash like it always is. When youill be able to actually sell the token it will have bottomed

yea solo is up 100% for me now, in a week? something like that.

well i dont put any worth to it since its clearly all because of the snap shot and stuff. still its so cool

im not exchanging anything. i was thinking about buying more solo but not anymore.
at this price i could probably buy more XRP instead and still receive the same amount of SOLO from the aridrop as if i would by more solo.. since solo is now more than 5 times the price of XRP. and i trust more in the XRP price after the airdrop than the SOLO price. ghehehe
