A week ago, we stopped at a town in South Dakota that had 4 restaurants and 2 restaurant/bars, and couldn't eat lunch. Period.

No food for sale in the town......because they had NO FOOD to sell.

We've had similar warning at grocery stores here in FL for weeks, but actually, not seeing that big of a deal.

I mean lately I'm not seeing chicken breast with skin and bone, some days only boneless/skinless, or maybe skinless with the bone, but that's not all that unusual.

Just hope it doesn't get worse.

Did see a couple restaurants close early or open late due to staff in particular a Panera, which I find rather odd as we're in a very populated area.

Went to three joints today to find my dip… all three said they’ve been out for a week.

Just got back from the store and bought boneless skinless chicken breasts for $1.89/lb and boneless skinless chicken thighs for $1.69 a pound.

No shortage here. (midwest)
