Have you ever known anyone who died of a broken heart?

could be possible maybe if you just give up

i believe i once heard about a couple where the woman died in the hospital and the husband pretty much died of natural causes 3 days later.

I had a pet wild bird I raised from a 3 day old rescue from the front yard. It was a miracle he survived. I had him for almost a year. We were not apart a single day. When he got sick and I had to put him to sleep I honestly had the worst chest pains in the world. We were so connected. I never grieved so hard over a pet before or since. I nearly died from.a broken heart. I nearly even killed myself. It sounds sad but he was really all I had.

It happens with couples of many years fairly often actually, one goes and the other loses their reason to live.

I didn't know him, but Andy Gibb is the poster-child for this.

i too always hoped i would die after my wife/gf so she wouldnt have to go through it and then i could just give up

it used to be where men die earlier than women, but now that women are equal and work and seem to be super prone to depression and blood/artery stuff etc i wonder how that will change in a couple of decades

either way i hope we turn 80+, 250+ if possible in the future

One of my best friends married his high school sweetheart.
after a few years of marriage he caught her cheating on him.
He could never get over her. You mix a broken heart, then heavy drinking, diabetes then a job loss, then a home foreclosure it did not end well.
My buddy went to sleep one night and never woke up. Died at 36.

and pretty much, even if indirectly, dead of a broken heart :(

My grandmother died 3 months after my grandfather. She didn't have the will to go further. I have no question she died of a broken heart.

A lot of what's being done in the world now is designed with that purpose in mind. Hearts are breaking everywhere and those responsible have death of the population in mind.

Not really. My mind and heart was broken. Didn't die. Couldn't get that lucky I guess. Death would be liberating at this point.

i wish it happened all the time because that would mean people still actually care about each other that much and grow old together. something i dont really see happen often in the coming decades. :(

For two weeks straight after my grandfather died, his dog Danny sat in his armchair and waited for the door to open... my dad came to pick us up one night, opened the door, Danny looked over the top of the chair, howled once, laid down and died...

Erin Valenti was scared to death.

an aunt of mine collapsed at my grandmother's burial and died three days later.

I was abroad at the time and was not at the funeral.

"Over the centuries, however, there have been numerous reports of consecrated Hosts literally turning to physical flesh and blood.

One such miracle happened in 8th Century Lanciano, where a priest who was doubting the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist saw the bread and wine transform into human flesh and blood as he said the words of consecration.

Three years later, after the flesh had not decomposed, a certain Bishop Jorge Bergoglio sent a sample for testing in California. The results came back that the blood was group AB, and was indeed human.

Another sample was later to Dr Zugiba of Columbia University, a renowned cardiologist, who concluded the tissue was a fragment of heart muscle that had “been under severe stress, as if the owner had been beaten severely about the chest”.

A later analysis of the results from the Buenos Aires miracle and that of the Lanciano miracle over a millennium earlier, found the tissue samples had the same DNA.

Meanwhile, tests in the mid-1990s on a third miracle, the Corporal of Bolsena (13th century), also found that traces of blood were group AB, the same result as tests on blood specks on the Shroud of Turin among others."


It does not stop always the same blood group, always heart muscle and shows heart and blood that has just been under extreme trauma and pain.

They are sent to Labs independantly with NO INFORMATION OF WHERE THEY CAME FROM OR THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

When real ALWAYS the same blood group, always cardiac muscle and blood under extreme pain, trauma stress etc.

So if you find that the above is scientifically true which it has been and continues to be, is impossible to deny the truth and it shows what was said by the lord in the bible, that continually and repeatedly across the world keeps happening, well your Souls Lover your brother who continually asks his father to let you come back and is taking your debt, as a prodigal son (having to keep the house rules when you do though!) is breaking his heart literally right now and longs like a lover your return in a way that is not even humanely possible to comprehend, for eternity, and with a love that is beyond any romantic notions of it.


Heart Broken to death, Yes I know someone, he knows you, and he just waits for you to realise the reality of how we break his heart continually, and crucify him moment by moment, and we have done nothing for him and he did nothing to us for it back.
