The ones I got today use sheep casing. Made locally.

Slow cooked on a rotating grill gas station style.....

That's how they sell them at the shop but they weren't fully cooked yet and I had to go to work.

I'll be grilling them over wood and charcoal which is pretty tasty too...

But thanks for reminding me of how gross junk food looks.

I love slaw dogs and decided to top my grilled weiner with some asian ramen noodle slaw I'd made.

Given the fact that the slaw had mandarin oranges, toasted almonds and sesame seeds, and of course uncooked ramen noodles, it was shockingly good.

I could probably sell them to city folk for 9 bucks a piece off a food truck.

The hot dog pizza looks kinda iffy but the pizza hot dog looks good. Which doesn't seem to make much sense to my brain.

Yeah. I'd prefer the pizza hot dog too. Sometimes I'll get the pizza with the cheese stuffed crust and it feels a bit much. I haven't gotten that in a while.

We've been makin those pizza hotdogs at home for decades now. Pretty much anything you like on your pizza can be put on that dog. Toastin the bun first keeps it from soggin up so fast. We also like to cut whatever meat we have into smaller pieces for easier bitin too. Broil the top to get that cheese a little bubbly as well as make those tasty brown spots.

Can't hardly wait for my eat whatever and drink whatever day this Saturday.
