235 isn't that much, I was doing that my senior year of high school.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72964654 I did 3 straight bench-reps on a Universal machine with 330 lbs the very last day of high school. Took me 4 yrs to get there. I weighed 142 lbs at the time and ran a 5:00-5:04 mile at the same time... 4.8 sec in the 40-yd dash. Top THAT, GLP.
