235 isn't that much, I was doing that my senior year of high school.

I weighed 142 lbs at the time and ran a 5:00-5:04 mile at the same time... 4.8 sec in the 40-yd dash. Top THAT, GLP. If that's true it's fuckin incredible. Junior and Senior year only me and our star wrestler took Gold in the President's Physical Fitness test administered over one week of 10 events. Did 46 arm-dips and 27 away-palm pull-ups; did 46 facing-palm pull-ups. Another 125 kid in our school matched those marks, tho. He was ALL ARMS. 180 seconds in the forearm/elbow stand (you needed 100 seconds like that to get a perfect 100 score/w/90 seconds for the Gold mark/metric). We had some ATHLETES at our school.
