Nope, I'm 183 lbs and out of shape now.

Sorry.

59yo today, also.

I just wish i could run a 5:15 mile though...

None of that was easy, btw.

It took ALOT of hard work to get there.

Bullies in school have a way of forcing to you to focus on certain things that you might not otherwise focus on ...

I got my revenge, though.

I know what I am capable of, I know how far I can push myself and I know where I break. And I know the amount of hard work I put into me. And I couldn't come close to what you did so I can only imagine the hours and the dedication you put to it. Respect. No doubt.

I grew up watching Walter Payton (in July) run up Walter's Hill in Arlington Heights, Ill against the top local running backs from around Chicago area high schools.

And the bastard had 5 lb weights on his arms and/or legs when he raced those football players up that hill.

He kicked 70 yd field goals in practice and benched 500 lbs, allegedly.

Walter Payton was an ATHLETE. And a physical freak. I was there at Soldier Field when he rushed for 275 yards against the Vikings in Nov 1977.

Hand-'walked' on his arms from the 50 yd line to touch the goalpost with stopping.

Of course, steroids help you do AMAZING things - physically.

And they give you brain, testicular, and liver cancer/disease...
