Can't the hookers just sell a "pencil" to the john? Hooker: I have a pencil to sell, and if you buy it, I'll show you great appreciation! John: Ok! <buys pencil for $150> Hooker: <shows appreciation> Seems like such an easy work-around, it wouldn't be worth going after.  there's a million 'massage' parlors and 'gentlemens' clubs in Texas..good luck with all that LOL not for long! They call it the oldest profession because no matter what you do its still going to happen all the time. SUPER FAIL OP This law is making people FELONS! The implications are harsh. When some girl gets busted, they will say roll over on all your clients/contacts so we can go after them, as a deal. Who exactly does the law target? Brothels, prostitutes, strippers? With todays technology, they can easily use surveillance, gps, ATM's, video/audio to go after people. This is a FELONY, not some misdemeanor. Surveillance, stakeouts, tracking people, business closures. I agree it's going to keep happening....just not in Texas
