Good. If you don't have a daughter or little sister you will never understand. Men treat women as "to be protected" which ergo means something lesser, even little boys are supposed to know this. Not gonna comment on the hows and whys and "rightness" of that but nevertheless a competent male is likely to get promoted over an equally skilled/knowledgeable female. They're more emotional which means sometimes the fast paced hustle and bustle can overwhelm them more often. So, every man wants attention from a female or sex therefore, it's an easy job. Imagine getting paid to just lay there and make noises. lol. men cant do that. most anyway.
