Can't the hookers just sell a "pencil" to the john? Hooker: I have a pencil to sell, and if you buy it, I'll show you great appreciation! John: Ok! <buys pencil for $150> Hooker: <shows appreciation> Seems like such an easy work-around, it wouldn't be worth going after.  Or you could just set up a camera and say you’re doing a porno shoot… It wouldn’t even have to be actually recording. I doubt the cops will ask for a copy.
