It is very simple.
All of the vials of the quack-cines have been replaced with Saline solution.
That is why the vials can now be stored at room temperature.
Remember what the FDA first said about the quack-cine ?
It had to be stored at minus 60 -60 degrees.
Why the change ?
Because the Military has switched out the vials into harmless saline.
That is also why the quack-cines inserts are BLANK.
