What the hell is this crap from the linked story, we can ALL see the vehicle license plate number.

Texas NZF-3284 is a piece of shit that needs someone to wax their vehicle for them with a tail rotor chain.

Anyone can pay the $15/month for publicdata.com and look up Texas license plates, it will give you the owners address - as well as the make, model, color of the vehicle. Sounds like you only have to lookup two plates to know exactly who the owner is... just saying.
