Doing it in the condensed time frame of 40 days and 40 nights helps ensure you'll stay motivated and make it all the way to the end. Plus, you'll be doing it with a group of other believers. We all need to get strong and stay strong for what's coming, and feeding on God's Word for a few hours every day is one of the best ways to do it. I'm not shy...cough, cough. It just happens to be my 53rd coming up in a few days. So with popping around the Province a wee bit, 2 hours (6 in total) of focused reading might be stretching it.
